Application forms and information packs are also available by contacting our administration staff at the relevant Campus. This will enable you to find out about the enrolment procedures particular to that Campus. Please use the following links to access documents about enrolment.

Enrolment agreement

The enrolment agreement sets out the responsibilities of students, staff and Parent/caregivers at Nambour State College.

At Nambour State College we aim to provide a socially just learning environment which will allow all children to reach full potential in the academic, behavioural, social and emotional growth areas in order to become capable and responsible members of society.

Enrolling your child

When enrolling your child/children, you are requested to make an appointment with the Principal or Deputy Principal. Please allow about 30 - 45 minutes so we can get to know you and your children.

At the interview we all also discuss important key polices, answer any questions you may have and take you on a tour of the school, where you will be introduced to your child's/children’s class teacher.

What is the process for enrolment?

  • Collect (from office, on website, mail or email), complete and return enrolment forms.
  • Enrolment interview appointment made on return of forms.

What do we need to bring to an enrolment interview?

  • Birth certificate / Passport / Citizenship certificate.
  • Latest report card.
  • Please note that if all information required, including completed enrolment forms, is not provided prior to enrolment interview, the interview will not proceed.

Does the student need to attend the enrolment interview?

  • Yes.

How do students know what subjects they have been given?

  • They must present to the office and will receive a timetable on their first day of school.

Where do I get the enrolment forms?

  • All the necessary enrolment forms are available on the Enrolments page and are also provided in the enrolment package available from the school office or can be mailed or emailed on request.

Are uniforms compulsory?

Yes and able to be enforced under the Education Act 2006Uniforms can be purchased after your interview. Shop hours are:

  • Monday - Thursday​ currently by appointment only
  • Closed on a Friday​.
