Policy for Year
12 student eligibility to attend Graduation Ceremony and Formal
To help you through this process and to enable your son or
daughter to join with us in our end of Year 12 celebrations we have supplied the
following checklists. All of these things must be completed before tickets to
the Formal and Graduation can be purchased.
Please note that if students
lose Good Standing after the purchase of the tickets, and this is not regained,
then the right to attend the functions will be revoked.
- QCE or QCIA eligible
- Students with exceptional circumstances

We would very much like to have every Year 12 student be a part of both
Formal and Graduation so therefore we ask that you discuss the above
requirements with your son or daughter and encourage them to do everything they
can to achieve this.
All school fees must be finalised before tickets can
be purchased. Families on payment plans, please make sure that your payments are
enough to have the fees finalised before tickets go on
sale.

* Please contact the
Payments office on (07) 54504103 as conditions apply for payment plans. Payment plans
need to be established prior to a date in late July each year.
